new clients

All new clients will be asked to fill out a new client form as well as a service consent form.

cancelations + no shows

We ask that you respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are no showed or cancelled within the 24 hour period of time may be subject to a charge up to 100% of the service costs (minimum charge of $15.) We ask that any and all adjustments made to your appointments are made 24 hours in advance in a way that is most convenient for you. Our staff can be reached by phone, email, Facebook, Instagram or text message.

late fee

If a client has not arrived within 15 minutes of their start time the stylist reserves the right to decided whether there is enough time to continue with the service or if there is a need to reschedule the client. A $10 late fee may be charged to any client who is taken to still receive a service after being 15 minutes late or more. In return, if your stylist is running being by 15 minutes or more they are subject to a late fee as well. You will receive a $10 discount if your stylist seats you 15 minutes or more past the start time of your scheduled appointment. 

down payments

Any and all appointments that require more than 2 hours to provide a service require a 50% down payment. The down payment can be transferred/refunded if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours, any appointment adjustments made within 48 hours prior to the appointment will be non-refundable. 

color corrections + fashion shades

All color correction and fashion shade appointments require a consultation prior to booking. All consultations are provided free of charge.
