FULL TIME/PART TIME COMMISSION BASED STYLIST POSITION
Ideal Candidate: We want a stylist who is responsible and able to communicate feelings and emotions well. Our ideal candidate will be seeking continuous growth and be willing to get involved in the community and give back. We have flexible work schedules and commission hours so the stylist needs to be able to demonstrate respect for our boundaries and be able to contribute to our positive work environment. Stylist candidates should have a strong passion for the industry without having a competitive attitude. It is expected that along with our off-site and in-salon training any stylist that joins our team should be willing to invest into their tools, education and self marketing. Familiarity with our product lines is a plus but not a necessity!

We believe that continuing education, communication, teamwork and striving to perfect the client experience are key to a healthy work space. We're a customer service driven salon with an amazing and loyal clientele (that we hope to help you grow, too!). You will have exclusive access to Evolve Salon System and if you choose to utilize it, it will provide continuous support from their staff with anything from business support to product knowledge. Our team is also provided with in-salon marketing support, off-site and in-salon training and will provide you with the tools necessary to grow your clientele.
Eclipx is owned by a hair stylist who understands the roller-coaster of emotions involved with being in our industry. Please let it be known that she along with our incredible team are here to support you. With that being said our growth plan and goal setting is based off of our team's core values & customized to help each employee with their individual wants and needs. If you are pushing yourself to 110% percent and not getting the support you need from your current place of employment, this is the place for you. The more we see you investing in yourself, the more we will do everything we can to help you meet your career dreams!
