MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
I always had a vision for opening a cosmetology school that bridged the gap between graduation and the years of experience needed to thrive in the industry. In late 2024 we collectively decided to give back to new cosmetology graduates by incorporating a mentorship program into the salon. Teaching has always had a huge part of my heart & combining it with our team’s passion for the industry has created an energy within our salon that is quite literally contagious.

Mentor vs. Mentee
Our mentors are lead stylists within our salon who choose to invest their time into coaching and leading new stylists entering the industry. They work alongside the owner of the salon, creating and curating custom programs to support each individual stylist's growth.
What do they get in return, you might ask? They get a personal sidekick for a few shifts a week to support them through the day-to-day. Together, they work to enhance the client experience and support each other through the ups and downs of life behind the chair.
Our mentees are new stylists looking to accelerate the initial training needed to grow within the industry. They partake in hours of hands-on learning, personal growth classes, technical classes, and one-on-one training, which ultimately leads to a smooth transition onto the floor—all within a 12-month period.
