We respect your time and we ask that you respect ours! We ask that any and all adjustments made to your appointments are made 48 hours in advance. Canceling or rescheduling your appointment can be done by reaching out to our salon staff via phone, email or direct text message. If you need to cancel your appointment in under 48 hours, here is our policy:

New Clients:

New client reservations may require a card on file and/or a 50% down payment due at the time of booking.

Flexible Cancellations (Under 48 hours):

We completely understand that life happens and we all need some flexibility when it comes to our time and schedules. We now offer flexible cancellations with a credit that is applied to your account. 

All reservations canceled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the services that were booked. The charge will then be applied as a credit to your account to be used within 45 days.  

YES! This does include cancellations due to Covid-19.

The credit can be used for services only & will be forfeited if services are not received within the 45 days. Services must be rebooked with the stylist scheduled to provide services the day of cancellation. Any services that exceed 3 hours are exempt from this policy (Please see creative custom color + specialties policy below)

No show & Last Minute Cancellation (Under 3 Hours) Policy:

Subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of services missed and/or 100% deposit on future appointment to rebook.

If the card on file is declined after an attempt to collect fees for cancellations or no show appointments, 100% of fees due and a deposit on future appointments will be required to rebook.

If a client has not arrived on time for their scheduled appointment the stylist reserves the right to decide whether there is enough time to continue with the service(s) or if there is a need to reschedule for another day. Last minute cancellations due to tardiness may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the services missed.

Our team is expected to run on time as well! If your stylist is running more than 15 minutes behind you, reserve the right to request a $15 rebate on your visit as a token of appreciation for your patience and understanding.

All consultation reservations are booked after a $25 non-refundable deposit is made.

100% of this deposit will be used towards an upcoming appointment.
